  FM Transmitters - Wireless Transmitters
Wireless Transmitters

We provide for rent three different types of wireless transmitters suitable for different kinds of applications These are:
This is a wide band transmitter that operates on ten selectable frequencies between 72 MHz and 76 MHz (up to six channels can be used simultaneously). It provides a 15 hours operation when using a 9-volt alkaline non-rechargeable battery, and can transmit a signal over a distance of 30-45m to any number of users with 72-76 MHz compatible receivers. The entire system is field –tunable and hence very easy to set up and use. No installation is required. Multiple microphone options are also available.

It has a wide range of applications including Factory Tours, Museum Tours, Power Plant Tours, Theme Park Tours, Zoo Tours etc.

Its specifications are as follows:

Dimensions & Weight: 3-5/8" L x 2-3/8" W x 7/8" H (92.1 mm x 60.3 mm x 22.2 mm);
3.2 oz (90 g) with battery
Battery Type: 9 Volt, Eveready 522 Alkaline or BAT 003 7-cell NiMH
Battery Life: 15 hours with Eveready 522, 3 hours/charge with BAT 003
Operating Frequency: 10 channels, 72.1, 72.3, 72.5, 72.7, 72.9, 75.5, 75.7, 75.9, 74.7,
75.3 MHz (Ch. G, 75.7 MHz is standard)
Stability: ± .005%, frequency synthesized, crystal reference, PLL
Modulation: Wide band, 75 KHz
Frequency Response: 100 to 10 KHz, ± 3 dB
Distortion: 1% max., THD
Signal-to-Noise Ratio: 50-55 dB, with R7 Receiver
Pre-Emphasis: 75 µS
Limiter: Fast-attack, fast decay compressor
RF Output: 30 MW typical
Automatic Gain Control: 40 dB range, 30 mV thresholds
Transmit Antenna: Integral with 40" microphone cord
Microphone: Noise-canceling headset, condenser, powered by the transmitter, 40" cord,
3.5 mm mini phone plug.
Controls: On/Off switch, slide-type
Microphone Connector: 3.5 mm mini phone jack, also serves as a charging jack for rechargeable battery
These transmitters can operate upto 150 ft. and are suitable for large classroom settings, job trainings, group meetings etc. They have the capability to transmit the speakers voice directly to the individual’s ears, which is equipped with a suitable receiver. The system is field tunable and it is very easy to select any of the 10 channels.

One of the key features of these transmitters is the microphone mute switch. If the speaker wants to have a private conversation or desires to eliminate unwanted sound transmission to the rest of the group (like the sound of shuffling papers); he can easily turn this switch on or off.

Its specifications are as follows:

Dimensions & Weight: 3-5/8" L x 2-3/8" W x 7/8" H (92.1 mm x 60.3 mm x 22.2 mm) ;
4.4 oz (125 g) with battery
Battery Type: 2 AA 1.5 V non-rechargeable Alkaline batteries (BAT 001), 70 mA
nominal current drain, 12 hours approx. life (OR) Two (2) AA 1.5 V NiMH rechargeable
batteries (BAT 026), 70 mA nominal current drain, 10 hours per charge approx.,
recharges in 14-16 hours, uses CHG 200 Charger

Operating Frequency: 10 channels, 72.1-75.9 MHz, internal DIP switch, Selectable
Frequency Response: 100 to 10 kHz, + 3 dB at 1% max. THD
Stability: + .005%, frequency synthesized, crystal reference, PLL
Modulation: Wide-band FM, 75 kHz, 75 µS pre-emphasis
Signal-to-Noise Ratio: 55-60 dB, with R31 or R32 Receiver
RF Output: 8000 µV/m at 30 m, max., 40 mW typical
Auto Gain Control: 40 dB range, 30 mV thresholds
Microphone: Omnidirectional condenser, Lavalier-type, 39" cord, 3.5 mm mono phone
plug (MIC 081)
Controls: On/Off switch, slide-type; Mute switch, slide-type
Mic Connector: 3.5 mm mono phone jack
Transmit Antenna: Integral with 39" microphone cord
This portable transmitter operates in the same way as the stationery transmitters, without the wires. It is ideally suited for tour groups, outdoor events, meeting rooms, trade shows, training facilities, mobile language interpretation and other wireless microphone applications where you need to amplify sound but do not have a sound system installed. It is capable of broadcasting the interpreter or tour guide's voice to everyone up to 150 feet away, without the need to carry a microphone or be plugged into the wall.

It broadcasts over 57 channels  - 19 wide band, 38 narrowband channels on the 216 MHz frequency band and 40 narrowband & 17 wide band channels on the 72 MHz frequency band.

The LED display shows the channel selection, battery level and charging status. The ON/OFF status, mute status can also be checked. A charging circuitry is built into the unit to prevent overcharging, as well as to insure most complete charge. It also saves money and hassle by eliminating the cost of external battery chargers and extending rechargeable battery life.

The device has an audio frequency response of 50Hz to 15KHz, ±3dB at 72MHz, or of 50Hz to 10kHz, ±3dB at 216MHz. It broadcasts on both wide and narrow band channels with a Signal-to-noise-ratio of 80dB or greater. Hence it offers a superior audio quality, setting the industry’s sound quality standard. It is also compatibility with most assistive listening equipment.
