FM Transmitters |
 |
| Translation India provides both stationary as well as wireless FM transmitters that transmit sound over radio frequencies. Radio frequency ranges between 21 megahertz to 72 megahertz. The 72 MHz range offers up to six channels operating in the same area, but the broadcast range is limited to 1,500 ft. While the 21 MHz frequency range offers a broadcast range of 3000 ft. but is limited to 3 channels operating in the same area. These transmitters can transmit 3-8 languages simultaneously using different FM receivers. |

With these stationery transmitters you can always be assured of finding a clear signal since they operate in the frequency range of 216MHz, with 57 channels. You can use upto 3 of these transmitters in the same area, meaning simultaneous interpretation can be provided for upto 3 languages. The interpreters sit in the separate sound booth, from where they can transmit the interpretation to different receivers upto 3000 ft. away.
You can also attain a high quality signal by connecting these transmitters to your main audio system. By using these transmitters in combination with Power Amplifiers or Wireless Speaker Receivers you can also obtain remote amplification. It even provides mixing of two audio inputs.
These are very easy to use and handle. They can either be placed on a shelf or mounted on a rack with other audio equipments. |

This portable transmitter operates in the same way as the stationery transmitters, without the wires. It is ideally suited for tour groups, outdoor events, meeting rooms, trade shows, training facilities, mobile language interpretation and other wireless microphone applications where you need to amplify sound but do not have a sound system installed. It is capable of broadcasting the interpreter or tour guide's voice to everyone up to 150 feet away, without the need to carry a microphone or be plugged into the wall.
It broadcasts over 57 channels - 19 wide band, 38 narrowband channels on the 216 MHz frequency band and 40 narrowband & 17 wide band channels on the 72 MHz frequency band.
The LED display shows the channel selection, battery level and charging status. The ON/OFF status, mute status can also be checked. A charging circuitry is built into the unit to prevent overcharging, as well as to insure most complete charge. It also saves money and hassle by eliminating the cost of external battery chargers and extending rechargeable battery life.
The device has an audio frequency response of 50Hz to 15KHz, ±3dB at 72MHz, or of 50Hz to 10kHz, ±3dB at 216MHz. It broadcasts on both wide and narrow band channels with a Signal-to-noise-ratio of 80dB or greater. Hence it offers a superior audio quality, setting the industry’s sound quality standard. It is also compatibility with most assistive listening equipment. |
